Indian Candy Salmon Strips
Full-length strips of salmon smoked long and hot; becoming sweet, melt in your mouth twists. Made to order using wild pacific salmon or farmed salmon for a softer more mellow texture.
Our candied salmon nuggets are similar to the candied salmon, but favoured for their snack-able size and texture. The cut and size allows for a more flavourful burst of sweet smokey goodness.
