Hardy Buoys Smoked Fish Inc. was founded in 1994 by Bruce & Carol Dirom. The company was created in a quest to make the ultimate hot-smoked salmon using nothing but fresh, locally caught salmon. Ingredients for seasoning and pure alder wood chips for authentic flavouring are what originally inspired them. In recent years, Hardy Buoys has added farm-raised atlantic salmon to its list of raw products.
